Want to Lose Weight? Super, Super Busy? Read This!
For many of us, getting in shape is a priority. Whether it’s losing some weight or just toning up, it’s something that’s important, especially with bathing suit season looming ahead. Butttt then you have to factor in full-time jobs, families, and other responsibilities, and sometimes eating well and exercising get pushed to the bottom of the “To Do” list. When this happens, it’s easy to adopt an “all or nothing” mentality. If I can’t get to the gym three times a week, then it’s okay to just call the whole thing off, right? I just read this article from People.com that gave some great (and practical) tips for people who want to get into shape but can’t devote their whole life to hours of exercise each day and eating only lettuce for lunch.
You can check out the article here. It’s focus on taking small steps to live healthier seems like a much more reasonable approach for those of us who have a lot to balance.
